Very fun :D I did run into something you may want to consider fixing. Sometimes enemies that dash at you can die in the water, making their upgrades impossible to reach. Maybe allow the player to fish them up with the rod or, just add a conditional to check if they spawn past a certain x value and if they do, set their transform.x to the shoreline.
